We love all of our clients at ClazzyBeauty, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Deposit Fee

When booking an appointment, you will be charged $25 in advance and that is your deposit. This deposit will count towards your service unless you don't show up for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. In that case, your deposit is non-refundable. 

Late Cancellations

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. 

Dry Plants

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be pushed back or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked because we go by appointments and our time slots are planned based on services and amount of time it takes to complete.

Add-on Services

Add-ons can only be added to services. Many of these add-ons are treatments. For example, Steam treatment is an add-on, therefore you can only add it to another service like two strand twists, or a wash and blow dry. You cannot  just book a steam treatment by itself.
